The real upside here is our company can get custom vial sizes, labeling, and even adjust the concentration or go with a full bulk synthesis order — not everyone offered that, and for some teams it's the whole reason they're switching vendors anyway, since our standard range 2mg through 60mg covers most but not all workflows.
It's generally stored dry at 2-8°C, shelf life is spec'd at 24 months if conditions hold, but honestly most labs we talk to burn through stock in about six months or so and I'd confirm lead time if you're close to needing a reorder — sometimes the bulk side can push delivrey by a week or two.
We've handled a few batches of these before, and one thing I noticed is that even though it's >99% per HPLC and GMP certified, we should not treat it as viable for anything beyond research — it's definitely not for clinical or human use, and some buyers don't think to ask about that until it's too late.
Purity is >99%, HPLC-validated, in a standdard vial — 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60mg depending on what you're doing in the lab, (usually our company have stock in the more common sizes, but teh 2mg and 60mg can sometimes need a week or two).
Most buyers doing obesity or diabetes metabolic work go with the 10mg vial or the 15mg one, easier to handle for reconstitution and reduces waste on smaller batches — for high-throughput studies the 60mg is better in some cases, but the fine powder requires careful handling or you'll lose yield in the vial neck.
Anyway, it's tighter tolerance than reagent-grade peptides around here, one detail you'd only know form handling is that our powder is slightly more hygroscopic than some others I've seen, so resuspend within a few minutes of opening if humidity is high.
