Basically, if you're spraying orchards or rice paddies in tight rotations, the constant refill and battery swap hassle is what kills your per-acre time, and we've seen operators burn half their day just on ground logistics.
What we did here was integrate a smart battery system that shows you exact remaining voltge on a display—no guesswork on when to land—and the 16L tank clicks off in under 10 seconds, so you're back in the air fast, usually 2-3 minutes between runs.
It flies 10-15 minutes per charge (a 12S 22000mAh pack) with a 4-6m spray width at 2-2.5L/min, covering 8-10 hectares per hour give or take, and the front and back radar stops it form plowing into a tree line at 12m/s, which is a real thing in hilly terrain.
It'll handle temps from -10 to 70°C and humidity up to 90%, which in our experience some competitors' units just can't do without GPS drift, so you don't want this one for indoor or tight greenhouse work—the spray flow is tuned for open fields.
We keep roughly 40 units in stock at warhouse, but lead time is usually 20-30 days on bulk orders past that, and we ship with full COA, TDS, and the 720p FPV feed logs for your compliance team.
Our MOQ for this model is 5 units, but we can negotiate if you're a distributor or placing a trial order.
We provide CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, plus a factory test report for each unit. The smart battery also has UN38.3 certification for safe shipping.
The spray width is adjustable within the 4-6m range by changing the nozzle type or pressure settings. We include standard nozzles, and custom options are available on request.
Charging takes roughly 1.5-2 hours with the included 15A smart charger. We ship one charger per battery in the package.
We pack each unit in a foam-lined aluminum flight case, and the battery is shipped in a separate fireproof bag. It's fully compliant with IATA air freight regulations.
