We're seeing most labs run this at 5mg or 10mg depending on their protocol, and the reconstitutes cleanly with bacteriostatic water — no clumping issues we've seen. Purity consistently hits above 99.0% by HPLC, and we include a COA with every batch, but it's wise to request the latest one if you're ordering after a few months.
Each batch gets independent HPLC and mass spec verification before we ship, and we've got ISO9001 cerification backing the manufacturing process, so vial-to-vial consistency is pretty much guaranteed. Teh 10-vial box is the standerd transport pack, and we usually have stock on hand, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so.
It's designed exclusively for in vitro research and preclinical studies — not for human or veterinary use, and we don't spin that as a positive, it's just the regulatory reality. Most buyers go with the 3-vial mid-tier pack at £159, which works out better than single vials at £89 if you're running multiple assays.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, then store at 2-8°C post-reconstitution for up to 14 days — though we've had reports of stability holding closer to 20 days or so in some fridges. The full techncial data sheet includes molecular weight and sequence info, but we don't list CAS numbers unless you ask.
One thing you might not think to ask: we offer a retest policy on unopened vials within 30 days, but only if packging seal is intact and you've stored it properly. We've seen some labs push it past 14 days after reconstitution, but that's on them — we don't recommend it.
Our standard MOQ is 10 vials per box, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out. Just reach out to us directly.
Yes, we include a Certificate of Analysis with every batch, so you can verify the purity and quality yourself. Just request it when placing your order.
Keep it in a cool, dry place, ideally between 2°C and 8°C after you reconstitute it. Before that, room temperature away from moisture is fine.
Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for processing, then around 7-12 days for shipping to the UK via express courier. We'll keep you updated with tracking.
