It's pretty much teh go-to for that 5-14 age range, and most buyers go with standerd 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin because of that it holds up fine on concrete or grass without issues.
Model AQ01217 weighs somewhere between 50kg and 99kg (usually closer to 75kg or so for the truck design), and the blower isn't included in the MOQ pack, so you'll need to grab that separately—check lead time on that if you need CE or UL compliance. We've shipped these with double stitching at all seams and quadruple at the stress points, which is better than a lot of budget inflatables. The unit passes EN14960 and CE, and we do a 24-hour air leakage test before packing—that's standard here, not just for this model.
One thing we don't recommend is using it on rough asphalt or gravel without a tarp underneath—the fabric's tough but it'll wear faster than on flat surfaces (usually 2-4 weeks of heavy use on that). It's not suited for continuous heavy rain either, but for daily leisure entertainment, it's fine.
Customiaztion is possible on the design—some clients swap out the graphics or add their own branding, but the lead time for that is about 25 working days or so. Transport packing is in strong PVC tarpaulin bags, and we ship by sea or air. Anyway, the MOQ is 1 piece, which is pretty straightforward for a factory.
