Production usually takes 25–30 days after deposit and design approval. Sea freight to most EU or US ports adds around 20–35 days depending on the route.
Yes, we can make a pre-production sample for you. You'd just cover the sample cost and shipping, and we'll deduct that from the bulk order once it's placed.
You can choose the bear's color, add your custom logo, and adjust the size within reason. The filling is PP cotton, and the plush material stays the same unless you request a different fabric.
