Usually our company can ship within 30 days after approval, and sample takes about 7 days to finish—we'll send photos first, obviously. MOQ is 300 units, but if you need fewer just ask, we sometimes flex a little on that. Don't expect it to work as a teething toy though, there's no hard teether built in.
It's basically a sitting giraffe, about the size you'd expect form a standard plush, and we can customize that however you want. The fill is PP cotton, food-grade stuff, so it doesn't lump up after being squeezed for months on end—pretty important if kids are going to be hugging it daily. Hand-stitched all the way, which gives it a tighter seam than most machine-sewn alternatives.
We run every batch through ASTM and REACH testing, and you'll get the COA with the order confirmation (usually within a week of production start). Each one gets checked three times for sturdiness before packing, so no loose seams making it past us. And if you're stocking for retail, the 2mm plush surface pills less than longer-pile fabrics, which buyers tend to notice.
The packaing is custom too—your logo, your box, transported in OPP bags for protection. We've had clients order for daycare giveaways and e-commerce listings, and the all-ages rating means no small parts to worry about. Anyway, the material is 100% plush, no recycled junk allowed on the line, which is a detail some supliers skip.
One thing not on the spec sheet: the stitching line on the back has no sharp edges, even on the handmade version—basically, it's soft enough that you won't feel it through the fabric. So if you're doing private label for a baby line, that's a plus they usually don't ask for until after sampling. We handle OEM with your trademark and size customiztion, but lead time might stretch a few days if you want unique shape.
