We'd been looking for months for something that could handle heavier users without feeling like a tank, and this one pretty much checked all the boxes when we got the sample in.
The aluminum frame is surprisingly light for a 135kg capasity model—we've moved it around the warehouse a few times and it's actually easier to handle than some of teh steel units we tested—and the 6-inch EVA front wheels roll smoothly over both tile and the rough concrete out back, though they're not great on deep gravel or soft grass.
Seat height adjusts form 50 to 58cm, handle height from 82 to 99cm, which covers most of our clients without needing multiple SKUs; the detachable foam backrest is a nice touch for storage or cleaning, and the PP seat with PU cover holds up better than the fabric ones we used to get.
It's 61cm front to back and 48.5cm wide, so it fits through standdard doorways, but the 42x25cm seat might feel a bit narrow for someone who's really broad—most buyers go with the 10mg or 5L options when they need more room.
CE and ISO13485 certs came with first batch, and we've had OEM requests for custom colors (liquid or spray painting depending on volume) that the suplier handled in about 20 days or so; just confirm lead time before ordering if you're on a tight schedule.
MOQ is 50 units for standard orders, but we can negotiate lower quantities for sample orders or trial runs.
