It’s a 20cm sitting dog stuffed animal, hand-made with premium plush outer and 100% PP cotton filling—basically a standard construction for decoration or light play. The brown color and sitting pose are pretty much what most buyers go with for shelf displays or gift bundles.
We run HPLC on the filling materail to confirm it’s pure PP cotton, not mixed with recycled fibers, and the outer plush passes a 5-cycle wash test without pilling. Internaional toy safety compliance means it’s been tested for small parts and flammability—though you’ll still want to keep it away from open flames, obviously.
Each piece comes in an individual polybag, which is fine for retail but not heavy-duty shiping; if you’re ordering 500 units or so, we usually double-box the outer cartons at no extra charge. The 20cm size is what we keep in stock, but the 1576XY-20 mold can produce 25cm or 15cm variants with a 2-week lead time.
MOQ for OEM with your brand printed on the hang tag is 1000 pieces—our company can do smaller runs if you take our standard brown color without customization. One thing buyers don’t always ask: teh PP cotton density is around 150g per toy, which gives it a firm feel that holds shape better than cheaper 120g fills.
We’ve shipped these to a few daycare chains that use them for reading corners, and they hold up to daily handling—though we wouldn’t recommend them for aggressive chew toys or outdoor use. HS code is 9503002100, so customs clearance is straightforward for most markets.
