Basically it's a 25cm plush animal with PP cotton filling, super soft to the touch and we've run these for years for all sorts of clients, form gift shops to event planners, and most buyers go with teh standerd size but custom dimnesions are an option too.
You can choose from standard colors or give us a Pantone code for exact match, logo work is either embroidery or printing depending on what you need, and MOQ is 1000pcs but that's negotiable for custom orders—lead time runs about 25 days give or take for anything tailored, so plan ahead.
These are really aimed at kids aged 3 to 8 years, not suitable for infants obviously due to small parts, but they hold up well in play and the PP cotton filling doesn't clump like cheaper stuff, so they keep that huggable shape longer than most budget options.
We've got CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, REACH compliance on file, each batch gets a COA you can request, and what it does is ensure the fabric and fill meet safety standerds for export—better than some unbranded alternatives that skip the testing.
Packaging is one piece per polybag then into an export carton, (we usually have stock for standard colors, but confirm lead time for custom Pantone matches), and the HS code is 9503002100 if you need that for customs paperwork.
Anyway for ordering, 1000pcs is the starting point, but if you're under that we can sometimes work something out, just check with us first because it depends on current production schedule and raw material availability.
Standard MOQ is 1000 pieces per design. If you need a custom size or special modifications, we can negotiate the MOQ — just let us know your volume.
