Fabric is premium-grade polyester blend with a soft hand feel, and it's certified BSCI, SEDEX, EN71, and REACH — so it passes EU and UK safety standdard for both indoor and outdoor use. Each gnome is stuffed with eco-friendly fill, no phthalates or heavy metals, which matters if you're targeting retail or family-oriented events.
MOQ sits at 500 pieces, and lead time is typically 30 days after sample approval. We usually have stock on standard colors like red, white, and gray, but custom Pantone matches add about 5-7 days to the timeline (check lead time before placing). Packging is also customizable — polybag, box, or branded hang tags depending on your channel.
One detail that catches most first-time buyers: the gnome beards are loop-pile yarn, not cut felt, so they hold shape better during shipping and don't shed fibers everywhere. Also, they're not suited for prolonged direct sunlight exposure — UV will fade the fabric over weeks, so keep that in mind for outdoor installations.
Anyway, we've shipped these for Christmas, New Year, wedding favors, and even corporate gifting campaigns. The 500pc MOQ is firm, but we can split colors within that quantiy — 100 red, 200 white, 200 green, for example — as long as the total hits the minimum.
