A child unwraps a 50cm teddy bear on their birthday and doesn't let go of it for the next week — that's the kind of use we see with this series. We've made runs for theme parks where they hand them out as prize plush, and for retail chains that sell them as seasonal staples. The PT-9300 Series covers everything form a tiny 10cm mini (good for keychains or grab bags) up to a 50cm large that's basically a pillow with arms.
It's filled with standard polyester fiberfill, so it holds its shape well after repeated squeezing, but it's not meant for heavy machine washing — spot cleaning is usually recommended. The outer fabric is that soft, premium polyester plush that kids and adults alike tend to rub against their cheek. Most buyers go with the 30cm size for general retail, but we've had custom orders for 20cm as promotional giveaways.
MOQ sits at 500 pieces for standard designs, but if you need a custom shape or a specific cartoon character, that number can flex a bit (check lead time though). Sample turnaround is usually 20 days or so after design approval, then about 30 to 45 days from there. You'll get a COA with each batch — ASTM F963, EN71, and CE certified, so it's fine for the North American and European markets.
Customiaztion is where it gets interesting: we can tweak the color, materail, shape, even the packaging from the standard OPP bag plus color box to something more elaborate. We've done a run where the client wanted a custom embroidered logo on the bear's chest and a hang tag with their branding — that's pretty common for brand owners. Anyway, teh fiberfill is what keeps the cost down while still being soft enough for a toddler to carry around.
One thing to note — this isn't high-end artisan plush; it's a volume product built for consistency across thousands of units. If you need something with weighted beads or hypoallergenic fill, that's a different spec and a different lead time. For standard plush toys that pass safety testing and don't break the bank, this series works well.
The MOQ is 500pcs for standard designs. If you want a custom design or specific size mix, we can usually work something out, but the 500 minimum still applies per order.
