Usually around 9cm for the standerd ones, but you can make them bigger or smaller depending on what you need — we’ve done runs as small as 7cm for keychain plush and up to 30cm for floor toys, it really depends on your order and teh mold adjustment time.
The filling is PP cotton which gives it that soft, squishable feel without being too heavy, so they stand upright pretty well for a standing animal style; we have some buyers who just go with brown and black combo but you can pick any color you want, though custom colors might add a week or so to the production because they need to dye special batches.
You’ll get a COA with each order and the certifications are CE, EN71, and ASTM standard plus CPSIA for the U.S. market — actually we usually have stock on the basic brown ones if you need samples first, but the MOQ is 1000 pieces and that’s negotiable especially if you’re flexible on delivrey time or packaing.
25 days is the standard lead time but it’s adjustable if you need it faster, just let us know before we start patterns; each one ships in a polybag and then packed into export cartons, and you can add embroidery or printed logos on the belly or foot at no extra tooling cost above 3000 units.
They’re better than some generic plush for little kids because the eyes and nose are sewn and not glued-on buttons, which matters a lot for safety if you’re selling to daycare or hospital gift shops — we don’t recommend them for kids under 3 though because small loose threads if they chew on them.
The 1000-piece MOQ is our standard, but it's negotiable for first-time buyers. If you need a smaller trial run, let's talk — we can usually work something out.
We carry CE, EN71, ASTM, and CPSIA certifications — all standard for toys in our export markets. We can share copies of certs with your order confirmation.
Our standard lead time is 25 days, but we can adjust to 20 days for an expedited fee. Just let us know your deadline, and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, we can embroider or print your logo on the chest, foot, or ear — your choice. Custom embroidery is included in the unit price for orders over 1000 pieces.
These are designed for ages 3-8. All eyes and noses are securely locked with backing plates to meet safety standards, so no choking risks for kids in that range.
