Teh certifications are CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH, so it's fine for global shippng, but honestly, if you're ordering for a kids' play area (ages 3 to 8), you'll want to confirm the custom logo placement doesn't have small parts that could be a choking hazard—we've seen that trip up a few buyers.
What it does is use plush fabric with your own logo embroidered or printed, and the 200cm size is better suited for photo props or store entrances than for small; it's not really a product you'd stock in a standdard toy aisle.

One thing most people don't think to ask: the hand-made stitching on these means each bear might have slight variations in seam tightness, which is normal for plush toys this size, but it's not an issue for display purposes.
