Teh filling is high-density PP cotton—we’ve found it holds shape better than polyester fiber if you’re packing them tight into boxes for overseas freight, though it’s slightly firmer than what some craft makers prefer. Custom colors take about 7-10 working days for a sample, but that shifts if you’re asking for a printed pattern on the fabric (usually 2-4 weeks).
CE and EN71 for Europe, ASTM and CPSIA for the US—REACH too, so you’re covered across jurisdictions without a separate cerification per batch. The plush fabric passes standard flammability tests, but it’s not suited for high-heat environments like industiral decorative uses where the pile could melt.
