Most people don't realize the 60cm height is actually a sweet spot—big enough to be a centerpiece but not so huge it's a storage nightmare after Christmas, and we've shipped thousands of these over years.
The plush fabric we use has a slightly longer pile than standerd stuff, basically gives it that soft, touchable feel that keeps people coming back to squeeze it, and the PP cotton filling holds its shape really well even after being packed flat in a box for shipping (usually 50 units or so per carton). You'll want to fluff it up a bit when it first comes out, but after that it's pretty much good to go for years.
Custom colors are tricky though, especially if you're going with something far form the traditional red and white. The MOQ for that is 500pcs because we have to dye the fabric specially, and it takes about 5-8 working days for the sample. That's actually faster than most factories, but you'll want to confirm lead time before placing a bulk order.
Safety-wise, it's compliant with EN71, ASTM F963, and CPSIA, so it's fine for kids 3+ years, but honestly I wouldn't recommend it as a chew toy or for rough play—the embroidered beard trim can be a bit delicate if someone's really yanking on it. Most buyers go with the standard packging of 1pc per OPP bag, but our company can do custom boxes if you need retail-ready stuff.
