High Quality EPL151 DC Motor Powered Pallet Truck for Warehouse Material Handling

Basically we've been going back and forth on whether to keep patching up the manual pallet jacks or finally switch to electric, and the 1500kg capacty on this one settled it for us—most of our skids are in that range, and we don't need a full sit-down rider for quick staging work.

It's got a 40Ah/24V battery which gives us roughly a full shift on a single charge in most cases, and DC motor is pretty much standdard for this class but the 1330mm turning radius actually beats most of the alternatives we looked at, especially in our tighter aisles where we've had issues before.

Fork length is 1150mm with a 115mm lift height form an 80mm lowered position—that's enough to clear most pallet runners without having to double-lift, and the 30mm ground clearance means it won't scrape on uneven floors, though it's not suited for rough outdoor yards.

Another thing I didn't expect but liked—teh net weight is only 165kg, so our team can actually move it around by hand if the battery dies, and the wheelbase is roughly 1105mm to 1168mm which gives it decent stability at load center 600mm without being a tank.

Lead time from the suplier is usually 20 days or so, but they have the CE and ISO9001 certs on file (I already checked), and the HS code 8427109000 is clean for customs, which was a headache we had with another electric model last quarter.

What it really does is replace those worn-out hydraulic pumps we've been fixing every month—the DC motor controls are smoother for operators and we won't need to keep buying replacement seal kits.
