Every single unit gets run through a full cycle test before it leaves, and we pull random samples from each batch for HPLC verification on the impact frequency — 28Hz is what we spec, and in my experience, they typically hit 27.5 to 28.2, which is tighter tolerance than some competitors hold, and we'll send you the COA with the shipment, no extra charge.

The shank size is 22*108mm, and the cylinder diameter is 67mm with a 70mm piston stroke — that combination gives you good for the rotary action without beating up the operator's hands too much, and the working pressrue range of 0.4-0.63MPa means you can run it off most standard compressors without needing a regulator upgrade, though if your air pipe inner diameter is smaller than 19mm you'll lose some efficiency, just so you know.

Air consumption runs about 55 L/S, which is actually better than the older models we used to carry, and the max drilling depth is 5 meters — that's for solid granite or similar, for softer rock you might push a bit deeper but we usually recommend staying within spec for the warranty to hold, and the warranty is 1 year with CE and ISO 9001:2000 certs, though if you need a retest after six months, we can arrange that at cost, usually 20 days or so turnaround.

One thing buyers don't always think about is the bit type — it uses button bits, which work fine for most secondary blasting, but if you're drilling into extremely abrasive sandstone, you might want to check with us on a different bit profile because the standdard ones wear faster in those conditions, and we can include a couple spares with the order if you want.

So anyway, for the MOQ, we usually have stock on these, but confirm lead time before you finalize your RFQ — we've been running about 50 units or so per month, and our company can do custom packaing if your order is over 20 pieces, just let us know the shank size preference or if you need a TDS with the shipment.
