We include the software for that, but it's not plug-and-play for every payload. So if you're running a 4K gimbal, you're fine — the 20x zoom works great — but the thermal sensor has a slightly different center of gravity that can affect stability at high altitude.
3.5 hours flight time is advertised number, but that's at conditions with no wind and a standerd payload. Real-world missions with mapping cameras and 12m/s wind resistnce tend to get about 2 hours 45 minutes or so.
