The HD-B61 Programmable Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is designed for comprehensive material testing applications with a maximum capacity of 1000kn. This precision instrument performs tensile, compression, bending, fatigue, peeling force, and stress-strain tests on various materials including metals, plastics, and composites.

Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

Featuring advanced hydraulic technology and computer control system, the equipment provides accurate measurement of mechanical properties such as maximum force, elongation, tensile strength, compression strength, and bend strength. The system complies with international standards including ASTM, ISO, and EN specifications for material testing.

The testing machine consists of a robust load frame with oil cylinder positioned at the bottom. The tension space is located at the upper section while compression and bending tests are performed between the lower crosshead and working table. The motor-driven lower crosshead allows precise adjustment of testing space through decelerator, chain transmission, and screw pair mechanism.

Key features include high measurement accuracy of 1% F.S., available tensile stroke of 550mm, compression stroke of 450mm, and test speed of 50mm/min. The system supports various sample types including round specimens (Φ13-Φ40mm) and flat specimens (0-30mm thickness, 70mm width).

The PC-based control system provides real-time display of load-elongation curves, stress-strain relationships, and comprehensive test data. Safety features include emergency stop, over-load protection, and limit switches for operator protection.
