Belt height form the ground is 670mm standerd, but our company can adjust that and the tunnel size if you give us a call with your line specs.
Most buyers go with the adjustable conveyor speed, which is 15 to 30 m/min, rather than the fixed 20 m/min — gives you more flexibility when switching between product types like rice vs. larger meat chunks. Alarm modes include belt-down reject, flap reject, or just sound/light, so pick whichever fits your downstream handling.
The 304 stainless steel body with IP65 rating handles wet washdowns okay, but you'll want to confirm if you're running acidic products — 316 stainless is optional and better for that, though it does add roughly 8 weeks to lead time (standard units ship in about 20 days or so). One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the 12 product memory is fine for small operations, but if you've got 50+ SKUs you'll want the 100-memory option.
Bulk pricing kicks in around 5 units or more, and we usually have stock on the standard model, but confirm lead time for custom tunnels — sometimes we see a little delay on the 316 build or larger belt heights. Works well for most food processors, just don't expect it to handle very fine powders like flour without some adjustment to teh conveyor belt tension.
