For hospital medication rounds and treatment procedures, this cart basically lets you keep everything organized and mobile without taking up too much hallway space — the 650mm by 480mm footprint is tight enough for most corridors. We've built body from ABS plastic over an alumnum alloy frame, so it's light enough to push all day but won't flex under the 100kg max load (usually 25kg per drawer, give or take).

Drawer configuration is flexible with detachable units and PC dividers, so you can rearrange them depending on what you're storing — narcotics on one side, dressings on the other. The molded zinc alloy handles and four-sided rim edges are a detail most buyers don't think to ask about, but they prevent drawer sag and protect walls from scuffs. 2 of teh 4 silent casters lock, which matters when you're parked next to a patient bed.

Double-row IV pole comes included, and we've seen clinics use it for both fluid hangs and as a temporary hook for bags during transport. Surface is abrasion and corrosion resistant — not that you'd drag it across concrete, but it holds up better than painted steel in daily use. Lead time is usually 20 days or so, but confirm before ordering if you're on a tight schedule.

Also comes with an extension table, waste bins, wire basket, and a non-slip mat — all in the box, no nickel-and-diming for accessories. It's certified CE, ISO9001, and ISO13485, so you're covered for most hospital audits.: it's not suited for heavy trauma carts or crash response — the ABS body is durable but won't take repeated impacts like a full stainlss unit would.
