Mostly goes into heavy lifting and marine rigging where a failure isn’t just downtime, it’s a liability. We’ve seen these used on spreader bars and tow lines, but they’re not ideal for shock loads unless you uprate the safety factor. CNAS lab reports can verify load ratings if your QC needs hard numbers.
Standard lead time is roughly 25 working days for full container orders, but we usually have 2-5 ton capacty units on shelf for quick dispatch. Our payment terms default to T/T with a 30% deposit upfront, balance before shipment; L/C is availble for repeat buyers above 5000 units or so.
Custom packaging is fine—double-wall cartons for air freight, or wooden crates if you’re worried about saltwater damage during sea transit. MOQ for non-stock sizes is typically 200 pieces, but we’ll bend that for colors we already run.
What we don’t openly advertise: the screw collar pin option saves you time during assembly, though the safety bolt pin gives less chance of accidental. A lot of procurement people here go with the hot-dipped galvanized finish because of that it outlasts paint in coastal environments.
Confirm lead time before PO—our alloy steel supply form domestic mills can stretch delivery by 20 days or so when market demand spikes. We ship FOB from Qingdao, and the minimum for blue or custom color runs is 1000 units.
