The G2130 Bow Shackle is a premium quality lifting component designed for heavy-duty rigging applications. Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel through drop forging process, this shackle offers exceptional strength and durability.
Each shackle undergoes rigorous quality control including individual proof testing at 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL) and fatigue testing at 1.5 times WLL for 20,000 cycles. The hot dipped galvanized surface treatment provides superior corrosion resistance for marine and outdoor applications.
Available in various sizes from 3/16" to 2-1/2", these bow shackles are widely used in nuclear power plants, shipbuilding, mining operations, port facilities and other heavy industries. The D-shaped design offers excellent load distribution and versatility.
Our G2130 shackles meet multiple international standards including US type G209/G210/G2130/G2150, European Dee & Bow type, and JIS standards. We offer customization options for special requirements including different surface treatments and markings.
