The 4 Core ODB Type Desktop Fiber Optic Terminal Box is designed for FTTX communication network systems, serving as a termination point between feeder cables and drop cables. This integrated solution combines fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection functions in a single compact unit.
Constructed from high-strength ABS material, the terminal box offers excellent protection against moisture, dust and aging with an IP65 rating. The total enclosed structure ensures reliable performance in various installation environments.
Key features include dedicated paths for cables and pigtails to prevent interference, flip-up distribution panel for easy maintenance, and cassette-type SC adapters. The box supports both wall-mounted and pole-mounted installations, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
The terminal box is particularly suitable for FTTH pre-installation and field installation projects. It accommodates 5-10mm cable ports, compatible with 2x3mm indoor FTTH drop cables and outdoor figure 8 FTTH self-supporting drop cables.
