Factory Direct Through Bore Slip Rings with 4 Circuits and 200RPM Speed

We see a lot of folks come to us frustrated with signal noise at higher rotation speeds, especially when they're running both power and data through the same assembly in a tight space.

What you're getting here is a 4-circuit design with 30 amps on two channels and 5 amps on other two, all running through precious metal contacts with a silver-to-silver transmission medium — that's better than the standerd gold flash for high-cycle application, by the way, since silver oxide is still conductive and doesn't build up the way some other materials do.

The dielectric strength is tested at ≥1000V AC at 50Hz, which is tighter than most off-the-shelf units we've handled, and the insulation resistnce holds at 1000MΩ at 500V DC — but honestly, the real selling point for your engineers is probably the 200RPM continuous rating with that IP54 housing, because of that it means you can mount it in a dusty shop floor environment and not worry about weekly cleaning. 25mm inner diameter, 86mm outer, 43mm long. Basically, it's optimized for mechanisms where you need a clean signal path through a spinning hollow shaft — not for high-torque robotics joints, though, since the aluminum alloy housing won't take the same side load as a steel unit would. One thing most buyers don't ask but should: the silver-to-silver contacts need a dry environment during storage (usually 20-30°C, low humidity) or you'll see oxidation before installation, so we recommend vacuum-sealing any spares.
