Standerd jacks just can't handle the weird or irregular lifting scenarios you run into. The problem is that most off-teh-shelf units force you to compromise on reach or floor clearance. This one has an adjustable trip range from 15 to 45cm, but what we've found is that customers rarely need the full span—it help to know your usual clearance before ordering.
It's actually an electric hydraulic jack with a pneumatic system integrated, so the lift feels smoother than a purely hydraulic unit. Most buyers go with the 3T version when they're working on passenger cars or light trucks; the 15T model is a bit overkill unless you're regularly under heavy equiment or machinery. And you'll want DC12V available at your station—max current draw sits at 15A.
Torque wrench hits 350 N/M, and it's built directly into the unit rather than separate. We usually have stock on the 3T and 15T chassis, but custom labeling or specific decals (usually 2-4 weeks) require a notice. The power is 120W with airflow at 35L/min and max pressure 150PSI—it's better than compressor-driven jacks for consistency in small shop workspaces.
Certifications include EPA, CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001, but CS only on certain internaional orders—confirm if you're shipping to regions with stricter norms. Max height runs 400mm or a bit more depending on the trip setting. Basically, it's not suited for high-bay warehouse racks where you need 600mm+ lift range, but for standard workshop lifts it's pretty much spot-on.
Also, the whole unit runs off your vehicle's DC12V system, which basically eliminates tripping over extension cords, we supply the torque wrench pre-calibrated but note that recalibration (roughly every year) isn't included. Some buyers ask about 3-phase AC options—this model is purely DC12V, so sketchy retrofit doesn't really work.
If you need a variant with different torque settings, our company can do that for the 15T chassis, but not for the 3T. thing is, it's a pneumatic-hydraulic hybrid that's good for rapid lifting cycles in a service bay, but not for continuous operation over 8 hours—it'll overheat. Consider your duty cycle before committing.
