However, the inability to get a simple question answered by the vendor casts a shadow over the overall transaction. Understanding that post-sale support might be necessary for such a tool, this initial service gap is concerning. Unless the seller improves their communication channels and pre-sales support, I would be hesitant to recommend them, despite the apparent quality of the physical product and the efficiency of the shipping process.
