Our PVC insulated water-resistant winding wire is manufactured according to JB/T4014 technical standards, specifically designed for submersible motor applications. The wire features an oxygen-free copper conductor coated with high-quality PVC insulation material imported from Germany, ensuring excellent water resistance and durability.
The product is suitable for water pump motors with AC rated voltage U0/U 450/700V and can operate in water with pH value between 6.5-8.5. The long-term operating temperature should not exceed 70°C, making it ideal for various submersible motor applications.
Our water-resistant insulated wire maintains strict quality control with smooth, round insulation surfaces free from bubbles, impurities, and mechanical damage. The insulation thickness meets national standards, with the thinnest point never below 80% of nominal thickness.
Available in various specifications including single strand diameters from Ø0.47mm to Ø3.6mm and multi-strand configurations, our winding wires are suitable for different motor requirements. The product features excellent electrical properties with low DC resistance values.
