We're using a copper conductor core with a flame retardant housing that's rated from -40°C to +105°C, and the cutter head screws bite into the wire to give you contact resistnce under 5mΩ (usually well below that in practice), with insulation resistance north of 100MΩ and dielectric strength tested at 3000V AC for a minute.
It's a dual hole screw terminal mounted on DIN rail—side entry design makes it quicker to wire than front-entry blocks—but honestly, IP20 protection means you don't want this in wet environments or where dust is heavy; it's fine inside a control cabinet for industiral control systems or power distribution, but don't use it outdoors without an enclosure.
We stock these from 5A up to 200A, with pitch ranging form 5.0mm to 10.5mm depending on the model—most buyers go with the 100A version for general distribution work.
