The 220kg weight is the first thing you'll notice—it’s not a machine you’re moving around a job site by hand, and you’ll need a forklift or a couple of strong lads for setup, but once it’s in place, that mass gives it stability you don’t get with lighter units.
We run it with an 800mm blade for most jobs, and the 620mm depth handles reinforced concrete walls we’ve thrown at it, including some with rebar that would’ve stalled a cheaper saw, and the three pressure stages let you dial it in from 30 to 80L/min flow depending on the aggregate.
Most buyers go with the 25KW motor because of that it’s air-cooled and doesn’t need a separate radiator setup—basically, you 380V three-phase and it’s ready, but check your site’s votage because we’ve had a few guys blow a fuse on older transformers (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for a replacement).
The rotation speeds are 450, 950, and 1300rpm, and we stick to the middle for general —too fast and the blade glazes on brick, too slow and you’re fighting teh hydraulic drag, but the 200bar max pressure gives you enough torque to push through without stalling.
Anyway, the CE and ISO9001 certs are on the COA we send with every machine, and the the main unit but not the blade or hoses—those are consumables, and we usually have stock of the 800-1400mm blades, but confirm lead time if you need a non-standdard size.
It’s not suited for overhead or tight corners where you’d want a hand saw—the track system is great for straight lines but awkward on curved walls, so plan your cuts accordingly.
We typically require a minimum order of 1 unit for stock items, but if you need a custom setup or bulk order, just let us know and we can discuss terms.
Usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation, depending on stock. For urgent orders, we can sometimes expedite — just check with us.
Yes, CE and ISO9001 certificates are included with every machine. We can send you copies before shipment if needed.
Absolutely, it supports blade diameters from 800mm up to 1400mm, giving you a max cutting depth of 620mm. Just make sure the blade is rated for your material.
The machine is packed in a sturdy plywood crate for export. Store it indoors in a dry area, and if you're keeping it for a while, keep the hydraulic system protected from moisture.
