We've got about 1,200 feet of AWG 30 in stock right now across most colors — white, black, red, and blue are usually teh fastest movers — but check on transparent or yellow-green if you need those, they're usually a special order that adds 10-14 days to the lead time.

FEP insulation is what makes it work form -100°C to +200°C, which is basically the whole reason we're pulling this for the lighting fixture line, since the ballast compartment gets pretty hot and we don't want embrittlement over time, plus it sits at 300V with a 2500V test — tighter tolerance than the PVC-jacketed stuff we were using before on the old spec, and it actually handles the chemcial washdown cycles better when they clean the housings.

You'll notice the outer diameter tolerance is only ±0.03mm, which matters more for tight conduit runs than most buyers realize — I've had to re-pull bundles before because standdard wire was just a hair too fat and jammed in the raceway.
All the certs are there: UL 758, RoHS, ISO9001, CCC — nothing exotic, but it does mean we don't need a separate COA for every batch unless requested, and the MOQ for special colors is usually 500 feet or so, so if you only need 200 feet of transparent, it's cheaper to just go with white and tag the ends.

Also, this isn't really suited for continuous flexing appliction — the FEP is great for heat and chemicals, but it's stiffer than silicone, so if you need it in a robotic cable chain or constant bending, we'd look at something else.

Shipping is standard ground unless you need cold chain, which you don't for this — it's a solid wire, no gel or liquid inside, so just throw it in a box with some protection on the ends, and we're good.
We usually start at 500 meters per size and color, but if you need less, just ask — we can sometimes split a spool for small runs.
Lead time is typically 7-15 days for stock colors and AWG 30. Custom colors or sizes might add a few extra days.
Yes, we include UL 758 and RoHS compliance certificates with every batch. ISO9001 and CCC docs are also available on request.
We primarily stock AWG 30 for UL1332, but we can manufacture other gauges if the volume is big enough. Let us know what you need.
It comes on spools wrapped in plastic. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight — the FEP insulation handles -100°C to +200°C, but moisture on the spool isn't ideal.
