The pineapple juice concentrate processing achieves 60.0±1.0% Brix with total acidity of 1.5-2.5% and pulp content of 6-9%. The final product is packed in 270L aseptic bags within iron drums for optimal preservation.
Key processing stages include: fruit washing and sorting, crushing and squeezing, preheating, centrifugal separation, filtration, vacuum evaporation, UHT sterilization and aseptic filling. Each step utilizes food-grade stainless steel equipment designed for maximum efficiency and product quality.
Our turnkey solutions cover complete plant design including: warehouse layout planning, utility requirements (water, electricity, steam), equipment installation, operator training and after-sales support. The systems incorporate advanced automation with PLC controls for consistent operation.
The processing line can be customized for various fruits including pineapple, apple, mango, orange, and tropical fruits. Optional configurations allow for different final product specifications including juice concentrates, purees, jams and pastes.
