It's basically built around that brushless motor, which keeps the noise under 48dB even when it's pulling at 24m/s suction speed — your technicians won't need earplugs all day. automatic pulse dust removal is what saves you from stopping every hour to clean filters, and most buyers find the 1200W power handles continuous CAD/CAM milling runs without bogging down. You'll still need to do manual cleaning occasionally (usually every few weeks), but the multi-stage filtration catches particles well enough that you're not breathing in fine zirconia dust.
So the dimensoins are 380*450*675mm and it's 39kg — heavy enough that you'll want two people to move it around teh lab. The steel casing holds up better than plastic units we've seen, especially when it's running daily for years.
Anyway, it's specifically designed for zirconia CAD/CAM machines, not really suited for general dental suction or wet vacuum appliction — the multi-stage setup works best with dry milling dust. Lead time is typically 20 days or so, and we always include CE certifcation with every unit.
