For sample quantities we're looking at about $2.50 per piece, mid-range orders of 500-2000 units drop to roughly $1.80, and if you're in bulk territory—5000+—our company can get down to $1.40 or so, but that's assuming standard PA66 and push-in spring configuration.

This is PT2.5-3-PE model, 5.2mm pitch, 3 connections on one level, and what it does is use that push-in spring mechanism to auto-adjust clamping force, so you don't need to retighten or worry about operator error (usually 8-10mm stripping length for solid cores up to 4mm² or flexible at 2.5mm²). Teh 8KV rated impulse voltage and pollution degree 3 are pretty standard for Category III applicaion.

Most buyers go with these for industiral control cabinets or where vibration is an issue—the airtight contacts give you low resisance and better corrosion resistance than screw terminals, basically. It's not great for high-humidity outdoor enclosures though, IP20 is just basic finger protection, so you'll need a proper cabinet.

We've run these through CE and ISO and RoHS, and the COA on each batch shows HPLC purity equivalent for the contact material, but honestly the real advantage is the spring design—it's tighter tolerance than most other push-in blocks we've handled, and the PA66 holds up fine from -40°C to +105°C. Lead time is typically 20 days or so for the first order, but we usually have stock for samples.
