We're looking at about 40-60 days after you confirm the artwork, and the sample takes 5-7 working days to knock out, so plan ahead on that timeline, especially if you're aiming for a holiday launch or something.
It's made form polyester plush and PP cotton, which is pretty standerd for this kind of thing, and we can tweak size (25cm is the base) or teh colors however you want, plus the embroidery is all safety-stitched so no loose bits for little fingers to find.
The MOQ is 1000 pieces per design, and we usually have stock on the raw materials, but confirm lead time if you're ordering a weird color or a custom tag—sometimes those take an extra week or so.
CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, REACH—all the certs are in place, which matters more for export to Europe or the US than for domestic orders, honestly, and we've got COAs on file if your compliance team asks.
One thing most buyers don't think about is the packging—our company can do custom boxes or poly bags at 25pcs per carton, but if you want a hang tag or a branded ribbon, just flag it early so it doesn't mess with the 40-60 day window.
