For a single sample unit you're looking at roughly $8-12 depending on size, mid-volume orders of 50-100 pieces usually drop to $4-7 each, and if you're buying a full pallet the per-unit price can go below $3 — that's where the real savings kick in. Most buyers in drainage work go with the PN10 rating because of that it's cheaper and honestly for gravity-fed systems you don't need the extra pressure headroom.
What it does is connect PE pipes using electrofusion welding, basically you clamp it on, hook up the welder, and it fuses the surfaces together in about 60-90 seconds. The size range goes from 25x20mm reducers up to 630x500mm, but we usually stock the common ones like 110x90mm and 160x110mm — big stuff ships on a pallet and takes 20 days or so. These fittings work fine for water and gas, but they're not suited for high-temp indutrial lines above 40°C (check your appliction before ordering).
The materail is PE100 black with a blue stripe for water application, yellow stripe for gas, and the smooth finish means less friction loss in the pipe — a detail most people don't think about until they're sizing pumps. It's got a design life of 50 years according to the spec sheet, but we've seen them hold up longer in moderate climates.
Can you trust the suppiler? We've got ISO9001 and CE on the production line, plus SGS can inspect any batch you want (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for third-party testing). All fittings come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, though in practice most claims happen within the first 30 days from instalation.
You'll get a COA with every shipment showing the melt flow rate and density results from HPLC testing — we don't include the raw data unless you ask. One thing we don't advertise is that the electrofusion couplers have a tighter tolerance on the inner diameter than most Asian imports, so they grip the pipe more evenly during welding.
Our MOQ typically starts at 50 pieces per size for standard diameters, but for the larger 630×500mm reducers we can work with you on a case-by-case basis — just give us your estimated volume and we'll see what we can do.

Absolutely — the yellow PE100 fittings are specifically for gas lines and meet the same GB/T 13663.3 and ISO standards. They're rated up to PN16 and come with a smooth finish for reliable fusion welding.
We pack them in strong woven bags or cartons, with foam separators between fittings to avoid scratches. For larger sizes over 315mm, we use wooden crates to keep everything secure.
