We’ve got the PE100 HDPE reducing tees in black, and they’re electrofusion—so you’ll need a welder with the right coil setup, which most buyers already have on hand.
Sizes run from 20mm up to 1200mm, but stock on the bigger diameters—600mm and above—can be thin; lead time is usually 2-3 weeks for those, while the standard sizes ship in about 7 days from our warehouse.
Pressure ratings are PN10, PN16, and PN20, and for water supply lines that’s fine, but if you’re pushing gas distribution at higher pressures, double-check the spec with your engineer—this fitting isn’t ideal for aggressive chemical flows either.
50-year life expectancy is what the datasheet says, and we’ve seen them hold up in ground for 15 years without issues, but that assumes proper insallation and no UV exposure for long periods.
Bulk pricing kicks in around 500 units or so for the common sizes, and we usually have a COA form the mill on the batch; the WRAS cerification is current, so it’s fine for potable water systems in the UK.
So the 1-year manufacturing defects, not welding errors—that’s the most common question we get—and if you need a sample for testing, our company can send one with a standdard PN16 tee, 110mm x 63mm, for cost of shipping.
They tell you the max working pressure the fitting can handle at 20°C — PN10 is 10 bar, PN16 is 16 bar, and PN20 is 20 bar. Pick the one that matches your pipe's pressure class for a safe system.
We typically stick to that size range for standard production, but if you need something custom, let us know your exact dimensions and we'll check feasibility. No promises, but we've done odd sizes before.
MOQ depends on size — for smaller diameters like 20mm to 110mm, it's usually 100 pieces. For larger sizes up to 1200mm, we can negotiate starting at 10 pieces. Just tell us what you need.

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources — ideally between 0°C and 30°C. Also make sure the bags stay sealed to avoid dust or moisture getting on the fusion surfaces.
