You can get custom sizes and configurations made—OEM runs are fine with us, and we usually have stock on the standard sizes from 7/16" up to 2-1/2". The 26711 series female swivel fitting is a straight-up JIC 37° flared seal, CNC machined from low carbon steel with a zinc plating. MOQ is 100 pieces, and lead time runs around 15-25 days depending on the order volume and whether you need anything beyond the standard.

It's up to 6000 PSI depending on size and temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, which covers most hydraulic system specs we see. The swivel threads are helpful on the assembly side—no need to twist the whole hose run just to torque this in. Most buyers go with zinc finish for corrosion resisance, but our company can do other platings if needed.

37° flare is a pretty forgiving seal geometry, so it seats well even with slight tube or hose misalignment. Not ideal for super high-vibration or extreme impulse cycles—those really want a 24° cone or O-ring face seal—but for general hydraulic lines, this is solid. The hex head is standard for common tools, so you're not hunting for special sockets.

We typically keep the common fractional sizes (7/16", 1/2", 5/8") in house, but the 2" and 2-1/2" are usually made to order—confirm lead time if you're pushing those big sizes. Packaing is standerd export carton, nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Also, customiztion covers labeling and any special marking requirement printed on the box or the part itself.

Basically, if you need a batch of fittings that are consistent and machined to JIC specs without the fluff, this is it. The ISO 9001 cert covers the manufacturing process (usually our company have a current COA on hand if requested). One thing you don't think to ask—these swivels are staked and test-rotated before they leave here, so you're not dealing with a seized swivel on the first install.
The MOQ is 100 pieces per size. So if you need 7/16", you'd order at least 100 of that size.
