BSPT Hydraulic Hose Insert Coupling - Straight Male DIN Standard Crimping Fittings 1/8" to 2"

We've got a lot of guys coming to us because their standard NPT fittings just won't hold under the constant vibration in their mobile equipment — the taper on BSPT actually helps seal tighter as you torque it down, so it's basically a better fit for those high-cycle applications.

These are the 13011 Series, low carbon steel with a decent zinc plating that'll handle the usual shop grime and moisture, but don't expect it to survive submerged in saltwater for weeks — it's not stainless, and we're honest about that.

The hex head makes it easy to wrench on without stripping, and the crimping connection (which we do in-house with CNC machining) gives you a solid leak-free joint up to about 420 bar, which is pretty much where most of our buyers are working anyway.

Sizes run form 1/8" to 2", and most people go with the 1/2" or 3/4" for standard hose assemblies — we usually have stock on those, but the bigger diameters might need the full 20 days or so lead time.

Also, we can do OEM if you need your branding on hex, and samples are avaliable — just confirm the thread pitch and length you're after, because we've had a few guys order the wrong taper and it's a pain to swap out.

Tempearture range is -20°C to +120°C, which covers most hydraulic oil systems, but if you're pushing steam or something weird, let us know — the zinc might not love it.
