The single-piece pricing lands around $4.80 for the 7/16" size, mid-volume drops to about $3.20, and at bulk you're looking at roughly $2.15 each — that's for the 90 degree JIC coupling with a 74° cone seal that handles up to 6000 PSI without leaking.
We're running these in low carbon steel with zinc plating, and the hex head makes crimping straightforward for most operators — it's pretty much the standdard for hydraulic hose assemblies in the field.
Sizes range form 7/16" to 2-1/2", but for the smaller sizes (say 7/16" up to 3/4") lead time is about 25 days or so, and we'll send a sample for the cost of shiping only.
Also, this isn't a great fit for food-grade or high-temp steam lines since the plating degrades above 250°F, but for most hydraulic systems in ag or construction equipement it's better than many imported fittings in terms thread tolerance.
MOQ is just 1 piece, but we usually have stock for the common sizes — confirm lead time on anything above 1-1/4" though, those get custom machined per order.
COA and TDS are included with every shipment, and the crimp connection holds up well under pulse testing — we've seen these survive continuous cycling at 5000 PSI without the cone seal creeping.

MOQ is just 1 piece for standard sizes, but for OEM orders with custom branding, we typically ask for a small run of 100 pieces to make setup worth it.

Our zinc plating is done to a standard thickness of 8-12 microns, which gives good corrosion protection for hydraulic applications. If you need a specific salt spray test result, we can arrange that.
