If you're moving 1,000+ units through a channel, we tend to push you toward our standerd color box packaging (96 pieces per master carton at 23 kg gross weight) since it stacks cleanly for freight. The MOQ is flexible, actually, so our company can work around your existing order cycles.
So we basically run HPLC on every ABS batch before molding, and we keep a signed COA on file for each production run—it's how we keep lead time around 45 days after payment without corners. Most procurement people don't worry about third-party testing with us because tolerance on the injection molds is tighter than typical knockoff blocks.
These are meant for kids 3 to 8, but honestly, we don't recommend them for daycare centers where you'd have 2-year-olds in the mix—teh smaller arms just frustrate them. The assembled model is 6.8×6.8×12.1 cm, give or take, and the ABS is durable enough to survive a drop form a toddler's height onto tile.
For payment, we usually take a 30% deposit with a 70% balance before shipment; L/C is possible if you're a repeat buyer, but most go with T/T to save the bank fees. And we do hold stock of about 200-500 sets for rapid reorders (you'd need to confirm because raw materail pricing shifts, typically between quarters or so).
