We're looking at a brass flange fitting with external threads, nickel plated for corrosion resistnce—pretty standard for what it is, but casting process gives it a solid feel that machining sometimes misses.
These are meant for water pipe systems, so you'll see them in residential or light commercial setups where you need relaible joint that won't seize up over time.
Sizes run from 1/8" up to 1", golden color finish, and we've got Gig and ASTM certs on file. 100% inspection before shipment, so you're not getting any surprises at the dock.
Lead time is about 30 days for standerd orders, but if you need something custom, we do OEM/ODM. 5L drums or smaller—just tell us what your guys can handle on teh floor.
One thing we don't push these for is high-presure steam lines, the nickel plate just doesn't hold up there. Most buyers go with the 1/2" or 3/4" for typical pipe runs.
We've been doing this long enough that the tolerances are tighter than a lot of import stuff, and we keep stock on the common sizes (usually).
We don't have a strict MOQ—small trial orders are welcome. That said, for standard sizes like 1/2" or 3/4", we typically suggest at least 100 pieces to keep the unit price reasonable.
Yes, we include Gig and ASTM certification copies with every order. Just let us know if you need the documents sent ahead of time for your records.
Our standard sizes go up to 1", but we can do custom sizes through OEM service. For 2", we'd need to adjust the casting molds, so there's usually a tooling cost and a longer lead time.
Standard production takes about 30 days from order confirmation. That covers casting, nickel plating, and 100% inspection. If you need it faster, we can sometimes rush it—just ask.
We pack them in standard cartons, then palletize everything for stability. Each fitting is individually wrapped to avoid scratching the nickel plating. We've shipped thousands of units this way with minimal issues.
