The LSQ-TC series hydraulic quick couplings are designed for high-pressure applications in construction, railway maintenance, and industrial hydraulic systems. These close-type steel couplings provide superior performance compared to traditional threaded connections, significantly reducing downtime.
Key features include a positive valve stop mechanism that ensures full valve opening every time, precision-machined valves with elastomeric seals for positive shut-off, and hardened nipples/sleeves for maximum resistance to hydraulic and mechanical shock. The durable ball-locking mechanism provides reliable connections while distributing workload evenly across multiple locking balls.
These couplings are compatible with PARKER TC Series and feature a sleeve locking mechanism to prevent accidental disconnection. The standard seal material is NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) with a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C.
