We've been running these combos for a few seasons now, and what it does in practice is free you form stocking two separate machines for hair removal and tattoo work—the 808nm diode handle handles permanent hair removal pretty much across all skin types, while the ND YAG side hits the tougher old inks and pigmentation, and you can switch between them without recalibrating anything.
The diode laser tube is good for about 40 million pulses (we usually stock spare tips, but confirm lead time), and the ND YAG handle gets you 1 million shots or so, but it's the adjustable spot size on teh ND side, 1-9mm, that actually matters for tattoo detail work; the 10 inch touchscreen lets you fudge pulse energy from 1-300ms on the diode side and run continuous, super pulse, or fractional modes.
2 years main unit and tubes, though we've had a few guys push that to 30 months with careful maintenance—most buyers go with the 12×20mm diode spot for speed on larger areas, but the 12×35mm is better if you're blasting backs or legs. It's not for home use, just so we're clear, the dimensoins are 110×55.7×70 cm and it needs 220V or 110V, 50 or 60Hz.
Orders typically ship within 20 working days or so, but don't quote me on that if customs gets twitchy—MOQ is one unit, and we'll include COAs with each batch if you ask. Also, the ND YAG actually gives tighter tolerance than most entry-level units for the 1064nm wavelength, which is one of those details a buyer might not think to ask but matters for pulse consistency on stubborn black ink.

The 808nm diode handle is optimized for permanent hair removal on all skin types, while the ND YAG handle uses 755+808+1064nm wavelengths and is better for darker skin or tattoo removal. You can switch between them based on the treatment.
Keep the ND YAG handle in its protective case at room temperature, away from moisture. The laser tube lasts over 1 million shots, so just avoid dropping it or exposing it to extreme temps.
