Been in the game long enough to know a lot of these multi-function machines cut corners somewhere, but the SW91 actually balances cooling and heating well — most buyers go with this one for the dual temperature range because of that it gives you cryo from -11°C up to 5°C and heat from 37°C to 45°C in one unit, so you're not swapping out gear mid-treatment.
Teh 8.4-inch color touch screen is pretty responsive for the price point, and the vacuum presure runs from 10 to 80 Kpa which gives you decent control over suction intensity depending on the fat type you're working with.
It's not built for heavy indutrial daily use in high-volume clinic — the plastic and stainlss steel construction is fine for moderate workloads, but you'll want to let it cool down between sessions if you're pushing more than 6-8 treatments a day.
Distilled water as the coolant means less scale buildup over time (usually 2-4 weeks between changes depending on your water quailty), and power draw stays under 450VA so it'll run on standard 110-240V outlets without tripping breakers.

What it does best is combine both cold and thermal shock therapy in a single pass — we've seen better results on stubborn fibrous fat compared to standalone cryo units, though for very soft fat you could probably just use the cooling alone and skip the heat cycle.
