problem is pretty much the same every time — clients want tighter skin and fewer wrinkles but they don’t want the downtime or teh surgery, and most machines in clinics are either too expensive or too bulky for smaller setups.
So what this does is deliver targeted energy at depths of 1.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.5mm, 8.0mm, or even 13.0mm depending on which cartridge you snap in, and each cartridge gives you about 10,000 shots before it’s done.
We’ve got three pricing tiers for it: sample units run about $850 or so, mid-volume orders around $720 each, and if you’re buying bulk — 50 units or more — you’re looking at $580 per machine, which basically makes it cheaper than most portable HIFU units we’ve seen.
It runs on 110-240V AC with a touch screen interface, the energy output ranges form 0.1 to 1.2J, and the frequencies are 4MHz or 7MHz — you switch depending on whether you’re working on superficial lines or deeper SMAS layers, and it weighs roughly 5kg (31×30×31cm) so it’s easy to move around.
The 4.5mm and 13.0mm cartridges are better for thicker tissue areas anyway — most buyers go with the 7MHz for the face — but it’s not really suited for very small areas like around the eyes unless you’re careful with the 1.5mm tip.
We usually have stock, but confirm lead time on the 8.0mm cartridges (check lead time) — they tend to run out faster because clinics use them for body work, and the CE cerification is there but we don’t have FDA clearance for this model.
The 4MHz setting is for deeper tissue targeting, going down to 4.5mm or 13.0mm depths, while 7MHz is better for surface-level wrinkles at 1.5mm or 3.0mm. You can switch between them on the touch screen depending on the area you're treating.
Yes, every F46 comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you need longer coverage, we can discuss an extended warranty plan — just let us know your volume and we'll work something out.
Absolutely — each unit ships with a CE certificate included in the box. We can also share a digital copy before shipment if your compliance team needs to review it early.
We typically start at 1 unit for the machine itself, but cartridge orders have a minimum of 20 pieces per depth. If you're stocking for a clinic, we can bundle machines and cartridges to meet your MOQ.
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally between 10-30°C. Each cartridge holds 10,000 shots, so as long as they're sealed and stored properly, they'll stay good for months.
