The unit weighs 1200g and runs on 110-240V, so you can plug it in pretty much anywhere without a step-down transformer. Power consumption stays under 800W, and the maximum draw is 90VA—that’s lower than a typical hair dryer. We offer customiztion on the control board firmware—say you want a narrower vacuum range than the standard 15-45kPa, or you need the display language changed for a specific market. Lead time is usually 20 days or so for standard units, but custom firmware adds about a week. We’ve shipped these to home users and professionel clinics, and the 5kPa steps on teh vacuum give you fine enough control for different body types.
Results show up gradually over 2-4 months, and they’re permanent if the client maintains their weight—the fat cells are gone, but the remaining ones can still expand. One thing a buyer might not think to ask: the applicator suface is 25cm by 17cm, so it covers a decent area but won’t wrap around a full thigh in one pass. You’ll need to reposition for larger treatment zones.
Trust comes down to batch consistency and support. We test each unit before shipping—checking the cooling curve against a thermocouple at -2°C and -12°C—and our company provide a COA with the calibration data. We don’t have a huge stock of spare applicator heads, but our company can source them within a week if one fails.
