You can basically get these in whatever size works for your workflow — 3ml, 5ml, 7ml, or 10ml — and if none of those fit, we’ve done custom vial sizes before, so just ask. The flat neck comes in 16mm or 22mm, and it’s paired with an aluminum cap and PTFE/silicone septum, which gives a decent airtight seal for keeping peptide integrity intact. Most buyers go with the 5ml for standerd research batches, but we don’t track why everyone picks what they pick.

We’ll run HPLC and MS on the glass before shiping, and you get a COA with each order (usually 2-4 weeks lead time depending on customization volume). borosilicate 3.3 is pretty inert — no reaction worries with the retatrutide contents — but it’s not something you’d want for long-term storage under extreme pH or anything; it’s more for short-to-mid-term lab use. Also, teh clear glass lets you eyeball the contents without opening, which is handy.

MOQ is 20,000 pieces, and they pack at 100 per inner box, 10 boxes per carton — so one carton gets you 1,000 vials. For smaller runs, we usually have stock of standard sizes, but confirm lead time if you’re under 20,000. Custom labeling is available, too, though we’ll need your artwork and about 20 days or so extra.
It’s better than reagent-grade glass for this application, but don’t use it for anything involving hydrofluoric acid or long-term high-temp autoclaving — the borosilicate just isn’t designed for that. The septa are PTFE/silicone, so they reseal okay after a few punctures, but we recommend single-use for best results to avoid contamination.

One thing you might not think to ask: the vials come with a slight manufacturing tolerance on the neck diameter — about 0.5mm give or take — so if you’re using automated capping equipment, test a sample first to ensure fit. Anyway, for research use only, that’s the gist.
