We've got the A7 with needle cartridges from 9 pin (minimal trauma for serums) up to Nano for superficial texturing, and adjustability form 0.25mm to 2.5mm means you can target the papillary dermis or deeper fibrotic scar tissue without swapping the whole head.
Basically the motor spins at up to 4800 RPM—5 speed levels—so for a 12-pin on speed 3 you're looking at roughly 3,600 vertical strikes per minute, which creates those micro-channels that up product absorption by 40x or so, but don't expect it to replace a fractional laser for deep rolling scars.
One thing we usually flag: the 5V 1000mA adapter is fine for most clinics, but if you're running back-to-back treatments all day, the motor can get warm—not hot, just noticeably warm—so we recommend a 15-minute cooldown between full-face sessions.
Weight is 550g (about 1.2 pounds) with a metal housing, so it's got some heft—better than the plastic ones that feel cheap—and the CE cert covers electricla safety, not teh needles themselves, so you'll want to verify needle sterility with your own COA if you're sensitive about that.
3-month warranty is standdard for these, and we usually stock 24-pin and 42-pin cartridges in bulk—MOQ is 50 units or 100 depending on the pin count—but the Nano tips our company have to special-order, so confirm lead time if you need those.
