6 ceramic heads (for even heat distribution on the face) and 3 metallic ones (for pinpoint energy on stubborn fat pads like the lower abdomen or inner arms) cover about 90% of what a med spa would throw at it—we’ve had one buyer who tried using the ceramic on neck laxity and the machine just doesn’t couple as well on bony contours, so you’ll want the metallic for that. AC220V or 110V is selectable via a switch inside back panel—most users don’t flip it incorrectly, but we’ve had one clinic blow a fuse doing that without checking the power cable rating first. 2 MHz frequency gives decent penetration at roughly 8-10 mm for skin tightening, but it’s not suited for targeting subcutaneous fat deeper than 20 mm—for that you’d need a 1 MHz or 0.8 MHz system, which this one doesn’t have. Anyway, the 9 treatment heads include one that’s basically a pass-through handheld, so you don’t need a separate cart for the power supply; that design decision alone saves floor space in a 3-treatment-room setup.
